In this 6-week course, you'll learn the essential inquiry skills required to address common painful psychological states, resolve what's bothering you, and reach the insights you need to learn and grow in life.
The Course Experience
Over 6-weeks, you will be led by expert instructors to learn and practice the essential inquiry skills for restoring, enhancing and protecting your natural intelligence for life learning and growth.
Each week you will learn and apply new concepts and skills to your life with the help of a software technology for personal inquiry. The following week, you will meet for a live discussion with your instructors and classmates.
As part of the course, you will get 6 weeks of unlimited 1-on-1 coaching to help you be successful with the inquiry skills, a year subscription to the software, and access to an ongoing community of practice.
By the end of the course, you should expect to have a clear understanding of the essential inquiry skills for life learning and growth the confidence to apply them to your life, and the tools and knowledge to help you be successful.

Weekly Live Discussion

Each week, there will be a live discussion with the course instructors to support your journey of building inquiry skills and learning how to apply them to your life.

The discussions are where we introduce new concepts, chart where we are going next in the course, as well as provide a space to exchange and discuss experiences with practicing the skills, celebrate progress, and more.

Unlimited 1-on-1 Coaching from the Instructors

Our mission with this course is to make sure everyone leaves with a strong foundation in inquiry skills and the confidence to continue on to strengthen their ability to quickly and productively apply them to life.

We provide as much 1-on-1 email or text coaching and support as you need during the 6 weeks. You can use this if you need help while learning or practicing any of the skills or if you have more questions after the weekly discussions.

What's the Time Commitment?

At a minimum, you should expect to spend 2 hours per week. 1 hour spent on self-guided study and practice and 1 hour for the weekly discussions.

But if you can commit more time than this, you should. The more time you allow for self-guided study and practice, the faster you will learn and develop the skills, and the more you will get out of the course.

Are the Weekly Discussions Required?

The weekly discussions are optional, but they are strongly recommended for your success with the course. You can drop in and just listen, or you can participate more by asking questions and sharing experiences with the practices.

When Are the Weekly Discussions Scheduled?

The weekly discussions are scheduled for each class so that everyone can attend. We may offer multiple meeting times if needed.

What's Your Refund Policy?

If you're doing the lessons, you're attending the discussions, you're using the instructors for 1-on-1 support, and you're still not feeling like you're able to understand and apply the skills, then we'll give you your money back.
